We are proud to collaborate with Trees for All, Wakker Dier and Hivos.
For over 20 years, their mission has been to plant trees in the Netherlands and abroad and raise people’s awareness of the importance of trees. In doing so, they aim for a broad impact. Not only do their sustainable forestry projects contribute to a better climate, but they also ensure more biodiversity and healthier living conditions. In this way, along with our donors and partners, we invest in a green and healthy planet for everyone. Trees for All has the CBF quality mark and ANBI status.
What started in 1997 as a small foundation has grown into a social movement. They are now a well-known and influential party that continuously makes itself heard in the national media. Wakker Dier works independently and without subsidies, with a combative team. And with success. For example, the eggs from battery cages and the broiler chicken have disappeared from almost all Dutch supermarkets. The sale of products with a welfare label is also increasing rapidly.
Hivos is an international development organization guided by humanist values. Together with citizens and their organizations, it aims to contribute towards just, inclusive and life sustaining societies where people have equal access to opportunities, rights and resources. It works in partnership with others in the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America on three impact areas: civil rights; gender equality, diversity and inclusion, and climate justice. Hivos’ approach is solution driven, and it builds wider movements for change by amplifying and connecting voices.
